Delivery and Returns

Freshly Milled & Dispatched

  • We mill in small batches and hand parcels to Royal Mail as soon as they’re ready.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 on working days are typically dispatched the following working day; later orders are handled on the next working day.

  • We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 — usually delivered in 2 working days (please allow up to 3).

  • You’ll receive a tracking link when your parcel is handed to Royal Mail.


Delivery Rates

  • Orders up to £24.99 — £4 UK delivery (Tracked 48).

  • Orders of £25 or more — free UK delivery (Tracked 48).


Where We Deliver

  • We deliver nationwide (including Northern Ireland). Some postcodes, such as Highlands & Islands, may take a little longer.

  • We’re shipping domestically for now. If you’re outside the UK, join our email list and we’ll share when international delivery launches.


Packaging

Your flour arrives in a home-compostable pouch, with eco-conscious outer packaging — neat, protective and kinder to the planet.


Returns

  • We can’t accept returns of opened food.

  • If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@simplypowdered.com within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • To return an unopened pouch, email us first and we’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods (or proof of posting).

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
